Ordering

Orders are placed over WhatsApp. Tap any “Order on WhatsApp” button and we'll confirm availability, price, and delivery with you directly before anything is dispatched.

Shipping

  • We ship across India.
  • Because every order is confirmed personally on WhatsApp, we share the dispatch and delivery timeline for your pincode with you before you pay.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable food items, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If something's wrong, message us on WhatsApp as soon as your order arrives, with a photo, and we'll make it right.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method promptly; we'll confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp.

Privacy

When you order, we receive your WhatsApp number and the details you share (name, address, order). We use this only to process and deliver your order and to talk to you about it. We don't sell your information.
